Eight enthusiastic yogis attended our second official AcroYoga playtime. About half of them were repeats and the other half were new. The people with some experience were so gracious & helpful. I felt everyone took care of one another better than ever.
ReplyDeleteProbably my favorite part of the evening was Virginia - a 70 year old woman who has been coming to yoga for about a year now. She's not your typical yogi - she protests doing certain postures and often makes painful noises. Yet, she has been more & more involved and her confidence & radiance has really changed. Over the last few months she's been doing AcroYoga flying with Emily & I after Friday morning class and last night her experience showed. She was able to really help other people verbally,
